DareVita International Compensation Plan Summary

1. Overview

DareVita International is a consumer-based brand and community that rewards individuals—called Independent Brand Ambassadors (IBAs)—for referring others to our wellness products through an innovative, volume-based rewards system.

DareVita’s compensation plan is designed to:

  • Reward product purchases and customer referrals;

  • Provide earning opportunities without requiring recruitment;

  • Promote long-term product use and customer satisfaction;

  • Ensure compliance with applicable U.S. and global direct selling regulations.


2. Consumer-Focused Model

At DareVita, every participant is a customer first. Whether someone is a retail customer or an IBA, they are purchasing DareVita products for personal use. The ability to earn income is always secondary to the use of and satisfaction with the product.


3. Earnings Structure

The DareVita Rewards Plan includes five main ways to earn, with income tied directly to product volume:

A. Impact Bonus

  • Earn 40% commission on the CV (Commissionable Volume) of any first-time order placed by a new customer or IBA you personally refer.

  • No team-building required.

  • Only Active IBAs (with a qualifying personal order of $50.00 USD monthly) are eligible.

B. Subscription Bonus

  • Earn recurring commissions when customers or IBAs you referred enroll in monthly product subscriptions.

  • Bonus percentages vary based on volume and participation tier.

C. Team Volume Bonus

  • IBAs who build sales organizations may earn bonuses based on total group volume.

  • Bonuses are capped by rank and tied to balanced team development.

D. Matching Check Bonus

  • Earn a percentage of the commissions earned by personally enrolled IBAs.

  • Requires leadership development and active mentorship.

E. Unity & Leadership Bonuses

  • For higher ranks only.

  • Recognizes company-wide impact and global volume contribution.


4. No Guaranteed Income

DareVita makes no guarantees of income or success. Your ability to earn is based on:

  • Your effort and consistency;

  • Your ability to refer and retain customers;

  • Your leadership and training of others;

  • Product volume generated through legitimate sales.

Many IBAs may earn modest supplemental income or participate purely for the product discount.


5. FTC & Legal Disclosures

To remain compliant with FTC regulations, DareVita requires the following:

  • No exaggerated income claims may be made in public or private settings;

  • No lifestyle marketing that implies wealth or success from mere enrollment;

  • Earnings representations must always include a disclaimer

  • IBAs must make it clear that product sales, not recruitment, drive commissions;

  • Any promotional material must be pre-approved by DareVita Compliance.


6. Costs of Participation

To participate as an IBA:

  • You may purchase an Onboarding Kit (optional, refundable within 30 days if unused);

  • You must place a qualifying personal order($50.00 USD monthly) to remain Active and earn commissions;

  • There are no inventory loading requirements, quotas, or forced purchases.


7. Customer Protections

DareVita provides all participants:

  • A 30-day money-back guarantee on product purchases;

  • A non-retaliation policy for customers who do not wish to become IBAs;

  • A clear refund policy on onboarding kits and digital tools;

  • Transparent, equal-access pricing for customers and IBAs alike.


8. Additional Compliance Measures

DareVita maintains a full-time Compliance Department to monitor field conduct, review marketing claims, and ensure adherence to all policies and FTC standards.
