Retail Sales Disclaimer Policy
Applies to: All Independent Brand Ambassadors (IBAs)
1. Volume-Based Compensation Structure
DareVita International operates under a volume-driven compensation plan in which all commissions, bonuses, and rank qualifications are calculated based on total organizational volume, which includes:
Personal purchases by the IBA;
Purchases made by enrolled IBAs within an IBA's downline;
Purchases made by retail customers through an IBA’s replicated site.
2. Retail Sales Are Encouraged, Not Required
While DareVita encourages the development of a strong retail customer base and provides tools for customer acquisition and retention, there is no retail sales threshold required to:
Remain active;
Earn commissions or bonuses;
Qualify for rank advancement.
All compensation is volume-qualified regardless of whether that volume originates from retail customers or within the IBA network.
3. Optional Retail Activity
IBAs are permitted and supported in building customer sales, and may:
Promote products to retail customers through personal websites;
Use marketing tools provided by DareVita to enhance product education;
Benefit from retail markup (where applicable) and customer volume contributing to organizational volume.
4. Regulatory Considerations
To ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, DareVita may:
Monitor sales patterns for compliance;
Prevent or reverse volume generated through fraudulent activity or manipulation;
Encourage responsible product promotion and accurate income representations.

5. Statement of Transparency
DareVita makes no representation that retail sales are required for income generation. Earnings are strictly tied to qualified volume within the plan, and each IBA’s income potential is influenced by their individual effort, team performance, and overall volume generation strategy.
