DareVita International – Customer Safeguards & Pricing Policy


DareVita International operates under a consumer-centric compensation model where every participant is first and foremost a customer. Whether they choose to build a business as an Independent Brand Ambassador (IBA) or simply enjoy products, all customers are entitled to the same product protections, pricing integrity, and ethical safeguards.


1. Customer Safeguards Policy

DareVita is committed to ensuring that all customers—including IBAs—enjoy a safe, fair, and supportive experience. The following protections apply to all DareVita participants:

A. Transparent Pricing

  • All pricing is clearly published online and accessible via the customer’s or IBA’s back office. Shipping and tax values  are displayed at checkout.

  • No hidden fees, upsells, or auto-renewals are applied without clear, upfront disclosure and consent.

B. Risk-Free Purchasing

  • All product purchases come with a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee.

  • Unopened products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping/handling).

  • Digital services (e.g., onboarding kits or back-office tools) are refundable only if unused.

C. No Pressure Sales

  • Customers are never obligated to enroll as an IBA or participate in the compensation plan to access products.

  • IBAs must respect a customer's right to purchase retail without recruitment solicitation.

D. Clear Cancellation & Refund Rights

  • Customers may cancel subscriptions, auto-ship orders, or IBA status at any time via their account back office.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval.

E. Data Privacy

  • All customer data is protected under DareVita’s Privacy Policy and is never sold or shared with third parties for external marketing.


2. Customer Pricing Policy

DareVita follows a unified customer pricing model, designed for fairness and simplicity:

A. Equal Access Pricing

  • All product pricing is uniform whether the individual is a retail customer or an enrolled IBA.

  • There is no wholesale/retail price differential for product purchases. Everyone pays the same base rate.

  • All prices are in USD

B. Loyalty Pricing (Optional)

  • IBAs and customers enrolled in monthly product subscriptions may receive loyalty discounts, product credits, or promotional offers.

  • Loyalty pricing is available to any customer, regardless of IBA enrollment.

C. Commissionable Volume (CV)

  • Every product carries an associated CV value.

  • Whether purchased by a consumer or an IBA, the CV contributes toward compensation calculations, making all purchases volume-qualified.

D. Pricing Integrity

  • IBAs may not alter product pricing, offer unauthorized discounts, or create custom bundles.

  • All customer transactions must be processed through the official DareVita platform to ensure uniform pricing and proper volume allocation.
